  • Fix for the connection issues, and my thoughts. I noticed a bunch of people are having connection problems with this so I thought I’d post my findings. Out of the box mine was originally terrible. The battery only lasted 5 minutes or so and got pretty warm to the touch. Worse, it kept disconnecting or would just say ‘Impossible to Connect’, or it would connect and show no video. Just generally really buggy.The fix was to connect to it, then quickly before it disconnected click Start on Free Ride mode, then go into settings,…

  • Fun, update to 1.0.101 isn’t helpful First, there does seem to be a glitch to the Firmware update. Like a few other reviewers, once updated it cannot keep connected. I was able to run the Sumo from one side of the house to the other pre-update. When I installed 1.0.101, it now needs to be 10 feet or less from controller.Second, let’s be honest: you really most likely don’t need this.
